Om Soul's Zen Palace

Virtual Meditation Palace

What is Om Soul's Zen Palace?

It's your place to get connected. It's time to carve a few minutes of your day dedicated to you.  That's right. It's all about taking time out for you.  It's doesn't take one hour unless you have an hour.  You can take 5, 10, 15 minutes or more to listen and tune inward.

How do I get started?

Meditation is your time to go inside for a moment.  It's a prayer, a time to sit, a time to find your intention for the day.   Getting started is as easy as Stop! WAIT! and Listen.  Start by just listening to your breath.  Feel your breath for just 5 minutes, 10, or 15 minutes.

African American Women's Sacred Circle:

Am I Connected?

African & Caribbean women have a special connection to nature.  The moon cycles are in tune with a woman.  Nature flows in the direction of a woman. The howling winds calls to the woman heart.  As women of spiritual connection to creation we often find ourselves disconnected.  We have become busy, tired, fatigued and downright frustrated.  Yet we keep moving forward.  We don't stop.  We move against the natural ryhthm of nature in which we once relied upon.  It was our original sacred place.  The more in tune we are with nature more we become aware and connected to our inner conscious.  Our voice becomes more profound, our spiritual practice discplined and grounded. Even our cycles are connected to the moon which harbors our burdens, frustrations and cries while the oceans becomes the time in which we can release and let go! it is our freedom.  The wind carries those burden from the moon to the oceans. When you need to find that place, that spiritual place to reconnect, to forgive yourself, to slow down and take time to love yourself unconditionally.  Look to nature to help guide you to your sacred unity with self, nature and the Divine.

Yemaya, Blessed Mother of the Seas,
Let Your Sacred Waters wash over me.
Mother, embrace me, Your humble child.
Cleanse me, Nurture me, Sustain me.
Yemaya, Beautiful One.
You Who wears the Seven Skirts of the Seven Seas,
Swirl around me and create a flow of energy
that can wash away all bane.
Yemaya, Mistress of the Moon,
Shine Your light onto me,
And fill me with your magic.
Help me to accomplish my goals
Yemaya, Healing Ocean Mother
I ask You to fill me with Your Healing Energy
Let Your Cleansing Waters wash over me
Heal me with Your Regenerative Powers
